Ronald D. Blair
President
Mesa, Arizona
Ron Blair is president of Surgery Center Services of America. He provides consultative services in the areas of ambulatory surgery center planning and development, design and construction, project management, marketing, equipment planning and acquisition, and strategic planning. Mr. Blair has more than 25 years of experience in medical and non medical business operations and has been developing ASC's since 1990. Prior to establishing Surgery Center Services of America, he served as a consultant with The BSM Consulting Group, as an administrator of ophthalmic practices, built ambulatory surgery and laser centers, and has been president and CEO of various entities, including a business consulting firm. He has a broad-based background in business, including general management, marketing, and project development. Mr. Blair is a member of the American Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Medical Group Management Association, Outpatient Ophthalmic Surgeons Society and Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association. His writings have appeared in Administrative Eyecare, Outpatient Surgery, and other national publications. He is a graduate of the University of Washington, continued postgraduate studies at Pacific Lutheran University, and is a graduate of the Executive Programs of the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at The Wharton School.

Scott Blair
Scott Blair has a BA in Mathematics from the University of Washington. He has worked as a medical equipment planner for five years designing and outfitting surgical centers throughout the U.S. Prior to entering the medical field, Scott owned and managed a successful environmental service company for 19 years. He has also served as a public school teacher in remote Alaskan villages.

Alan DeCorte
Alan J. DeCorte, MBA, has been in medical practice management and marketing for over 20 years. Alan was the Practice Administrator and Director of Marketing for the Williamson Eye Center and the Williamson Cosmetic Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, for over ten years. Alan’s focus in the healthcare industry is in medical practice management and marketing for practices of all sizes and locations as well as with a variety of medical specialties. He is an accomplished speaker and has presented programs on medical practice management at teaching hospitals, universities, national conferences, medical practices and business groups. Alan’s particular interest and focus is on organizational structure and development. Alan received his MBA from the A.B. Freeman School of Business, at Tulane University and is a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators. A market-driven, business approach to practice management and growth underlies Alan’s recommendations for creating successful medical practices that meet the professional needs of his clients.

Patrick D. Blair

Patrick Blair is a recent graduate from Western Washington University where he double majored in Financial Economics and Computer Science. He will run the IT department for Surgery Center Services of America. He will also take on as Director of Project Management and utilize his vast knowledge of Managerial skills and computer skills to assist in development of Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
